- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After talking with a teller on the phone, I drove to the Fall City location. Once I got to the location (20 mile drive) I was told that only members would be able to receive the service (cash to coin exchange) I had called about earlier. I asked to become a member then and start an account. At that point I was told they would not provide service even after becoming a member. I was also told a much higher amount was required to open the account than what is in their publication. Very poor experience - if you need a bank that is willing to help you look elsewhere.By Michael Kubecka, June 03, 2017
